Twiztid

Biography

Twiztid's story begins with the house of krazees. Mr. Bones and Hectik got their boy The ROC to produce an ep for them and eventually asked him to join full on. The ep was the first of 2 house of krazees eps, followed by Season of the Pumpkin, a horrorcore classic album, known for its blatently horror motives. This was beyond extreme gangsta rap like others have been. This was more then dark imagery filled social commentary. This was litterally, horror stories on cd. In the same vein as the insane clown posse, but to an even further extent. They created "horror" rap. The misfits of rap music.

Unfortunately, as most groups histories the group split up and 2/3's of the group found their way to psychopathic records.

changing their names to Jamie Madrox and the Monoxide child, these two rappers released the album mostasteless which changed the world for many juggalos. It was everything ICP was, but darker. More violent, more cynical, more agressive.

Their next project, Freekshow, followed a different format, exploring a more nu metal platform. Introducing more emotional content, songs about broken hearts, and suicide, but never left out their blatent horror stories.

After Freekshow, twiztid released Mirror Mirror, a 10 song ep which featured half rap, and half rock songs. Each track a deeper exploration into not their genres, but music as a whole. taking the sound of twiztid to many different levels.

After Mirror Mirror, twiztid released their more recent release The Green book, which has mixed reactions from fans. The cd features a song, Hom Sha bom, which introduces fans to a future project by twiztid, the samhein witch killaz.

Not much is known about their future project, aside from that it will see the light of day on halloween, and every halloween after that. And it will not be through psychopathic records. Instead it will be released on a subsidarary of sorts, twiztids own creation, Majik Records.
