Biography

11.16.1977-Nova's born at 3:30 P.M. in Brockton Hospital on Center st. located on the east side of Brockton Massachusetts.

1983- Nova begins break dancing, spraying graph and rapping as well as DJing all at the age of five and adopts his first street name "Yoda-Brake" given to him by his older brother "Mikski". this same year Nova drowns in his uncle's pool and die's legally for the first time, he was saved by his uncle and his farther.

1986- Nova and his friend Robert Brown start a small rap group named B.M.C. (Baby Mc's) Nova Adopts his second street name as " Rock-B.M.C.".

1987- Nova begins taking guitar lesion's and quickly forms a neighborhood garage band with his friends.

1989- Nova takes a brake from all music except rap to explore the creative arts. and instantly becomes known amongst friends, family and class mates as a Class A artist. that same year nova is hospitalized with bacteria in his blood and meets Brett " Def Child" Cappola for the first time well in the hospital.

1992 to 1993- Nova and his friend Pat Belizaire both begin a rap group called "Melrose" named after a local west side cemetery were Nova's boy Shawn "Shizz" Capustan was berried after being murdered on New Berry st. in Brockton MA. The project ended do to Pat begin incarcerated on charges of armed robbery, shortly there after Nova starts rapping solo under the name "Sage" and is offered a position as lead rapper in a band called A.P.P. (Against Public Policy) from his long time friend John Delong.

1994-After over dosing at a block party and dying for the second time in his life, Nova moves with his family to Taunton MA.

1995-Nova picks up the guitar again for the first time in six years. and decides A.P.P. is going no were fast and leaves the band.

1996-Nova Meet's guitarist Tom Marian and his younger brother Mike, they create a gothic hard core industrial band named "7" with Nova's friend Melinda on bass guitar. Nova quickly leaves the band after differences of opinion cause problems within the band. and goes right back to writing rap's.

1997 to 1998-Nova meets local Sonic Sounds Production's producer Ben Fitzgerald, and being's recording with him off and on from time to time , the two eventually end up in a band together which later becomes known as "Drop-360", Nova meets hip-hop producer Rob "Deliveree" Macintyre well in the band, but sadly enough Nova yet again leaves another project to do his own thing. Nova then reconnects with his cousin Dennis "Furious Styles" Smith, and the two record a track with Ben Fitzgerald, then meet up with Ryan "KING CUT" Macaul and Brett " Def Child" Cappola and join there newly formed rap group Nuclear Family, under the stage name Rapsedee.

1999-Nova records with producer "Jerrod Pitts", then with "Drop-360" lead singer "Mike Reardon" in his spare time, who he meets drummer "Sean MacGyver" through, "MacGyver" ask's nova to join a band called "Knuckle-Headz" as there lead singer slash rapper, Nova acsepts and they write a albums worth of music whice they preform live but never record, Nova then entroduces his band mates to his friend "Jarrod Pitts", and later hands the singer duty's over to Jarrod, then leaves the band to prusue other projects with Nuclear Family.

2000-Nova's girl friend kills (not aborts don't get it twisted yall) there unborn child, Frustrated, confused and filled with pain Nova stay's with her regardless of what she's done, they move to Attleboro MA together. Well in Attleboro Nova, Ryan "Parallax" Dovner and Brett "Def Child" Cappola record a free style session with King Cut, this is the last time King cut and Nova work together,

2001-Nova being's a rave party and rap production company called "Hydro Plane Productions" with "DJ-Jiff" and "John Bran", Nova use's the names "Sage' and "Black Ice" well working on John Bran's project "Digital Penetration" aka "DiGi Pen" and starts to work on a self title project called "Ande-B the Mental Graffiti MC", which was going well until there financial difficulty cased them to lose there studio, but Nova still try's to keep the company alive out of his apartment. But by the end of 2001 Nova brakes up with his girl friend and goes into a deep state of depression which leads to him losing his mind, his friends and his job.

2002-Nova has "DJ Jiff" move into help pay the bills and further more all the studio equipment was in Nova's apartment so it seemed logical, they recorded a lot of mixed tapes, free style sessions and song's together, they ate, slept and breathed hip-hop 24/7, until "Jiff" decides to move to Arizona to be with his family, He attempts to rip Nova off before leaving but is unsuccessful, Nova leaves him with out any clothing and the two part on bad terms, but this isn't the end of "Hydro plane Productions" Nova yet again keeps the company alive by throwing under ground razes with random DJ's, and finnaly changes his stage name to "Nova-Kain the Scorpion" then meets "DJ Christo" and records "Olivro De Mort" a solo free style session
that Nova passed out at party's and shows the two did together. at the end of the year Nova packs up his things says his good byes to "DJ Christo" and goes back home.

2003-Nova calls up Brett "Def Child" Cappola and Ryan "Parallax" Dovner, the 3 begin recording together as group called "Violent Messiah" but only finish three tracks, Nova then mets felllow rapper Chris "Skitzofrenic" Roberts online, "Skitzo" hooks Nova up with some original beats for the project, Nova then gets his cousin Dennis "Furious Styles" Smith and Jason "White Owl" Winga to help finish the project, Nova talks to ex "Drop-360" guitarist "Joel-Hopkins" who sends him to "Linoleum Records" owner and producer "Shane Violet" to record three tracks, next they record with ex "Drop-360" lead singer "Mike Reardon" in Quincy MA, one track is recorded but never burned onto disk, after that Nova gets a hold of ex "Drop 360" rapper and hip-hop producer Rob "Deliveree" Macintyre and finish's the first "Violent Messiah" album "Word War Fare" with "Deliveree's" L.D.T. Entertainment production company, Nova stops working with his cousin "Furious Styles" and "White Owl" the two remain with Linoleum records and Nova remains with L.D.T. Entertainment.

2004-Nova answers a advertisement on "Missy G's" web group "Juggalos for life' posted by "DJ Shady Killa" of "Toxic Radio" and "Western PA Juggalo's radio" and meets "Heather Fox" who gives him "WPAJ Radio Boss" "Fat Toney's" AIM, Nova contacts "Fat Toney" and sends him his mp3's, "Fat Toney" plays Nova's music and later puts it on regular rotation, Nova then meets "DJ Shady Killa" who becomes the second DJ to play Nova's music. Nova quickly is played by almost every DJ on the station.

2005-Nova is currently workin' out deals with people who he wish's to remain nameless at the current point in time. He's now played on most online radio station's includin' killmusick.com's WKIL 6.66, and is workin' on his new album "THE PHOENIX."
