Dark Lotus

Biography
Dark Lotus is the Psychopathic Records 'super group' of horrorcore. The group as a whole consists of several Psychopathic Records recording artists. Originally the line up consisted of Jamie Madrox(of Twiztid), Monoxide Child(of Twiztid), Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Shaggy 2 Dope(of the Insane Clown Posse), Violent J(of the Insane Clown Posse) and rapper Marz who had previously been on tour with the Insane Clown Posse. The original line up released the first Dark Lotus album, Tales From the Lotus Pod and soon after fights between members started to come about. Marz left the project and his verses were replaced by Anybody Killa, the Tales From the Lotus pod was rereleased and juggalos were dying to get their hands on more.

At the 2003 gathering someone asked if there would be a new Dark Lotus and the Insane Clown Posse said that it was up to Twiztid, Twiztid said they would rather get their other projects out first but would love to do another Lotus when the time was right.

Violent J had spread rumors in chat rooms that Twiztid were leaving the label and that the new lotus would never happen. Then one night he posted a weekly freekly stating that he was just drunk and depressed and it all got out of hand and that twiztid were not leaving and infact the new lotus was on its way! straight out of nowhere they got to work on the album and it drops April 6th 2004!!! The new albums title is Black Rain and Juggalos are dying to get a taste!
